We've just pushed out an rpm with the latest nmap which can be used to find conficker. Just use the command below:

nmap --script=smb-check-vulns --script-args=unsafe=1 -p445 -oA windows-scan-results -d YOUR_NETWORK/24
Its in asl-2.0-testing, enjoy.
