Replace the version of proFTPD that comes with plesk ( proftpd 1.3.1) with the latest version

1.3.1 has known bugs which do not work well with TLS among other things.

Current version 1.3.2rc4 released 23/Jan/2009

if we wait for PSA to upgrade this we will be waiting until July, probably closer to the fall (if at all - as we have seen with phpmyadmin).

The stable release is still 1.3.1

The build you are referring to is a release candidate 4 is it not stable release so parallels won't package it.

I see 5th feb it was released. You will have to open a ticket with parallels as it's patched by them and without the patches and spec file you got no chance of building one :(

I had a ticket on another issue and I luckily got them to update packages for mysql 5.1
