Just a heads up that the development team is going on a retreat next week to brain storm on new ideas. The development team will still be working, and responding to cases, but they may be responding a tad later at night or earlier in the day when they reply to non-high priority issue.

Rest assurred that this will not effect any support issues, if a support issue rises to that level of support they will drop whatever they are doing to help. If its a lower priority issue, a general question, a how to type of issue, feature request, or if you are working with any of our developers on a non-priority issue they will be a bit tied up during the day next week. So please don't think anyone is ignoring you, we're just taking some time to get everyone together to brainstorm like crazy without interruption and we absolutely will take care of you the same day, as always.

Thanks again for your business!
