As you all know, the Enterprise Linux 4 line (Redhat, and its derivitives like Centos) was EOL'd (end of lifed) on Feb 29th by Redhat and the Centos project respectively. This means that we have also End of Lifed support for all of our products on that platform per our support policy:

https://www.atomicorp.com/wiki/index.ph ... ing_system

We will continue to cover EL4 platforms as "Tier 3" environments alongside legacy versions of Fedora. This means that we no longer support EL4 (see the note at the bottom). We will, however, not be taking EL4 systems out of building for either the atomic or asl repositories, but failures to build updates will no longer be resolved nor will the packages be supported. That means that you may see, and will likely see, that el4 updates are missing or are not available for updated versions to el4 packages and products.

We highly encourage all EL4 users to upgrade to a supported OS. The OS vendors will no longer be releasing any security updates or bug fixes for those platforms.

Note: Extended support customers will continue to be covered under their existing support arrangements. If you need support for el4, please contact us about getting an extended support contract.

The CentOS 4 EOL notification is here: http://lists.centos.org/pipermail/cento ... 18462.html

The CentOS 4 packages will be removed from mirror.centos.org, but will stay available from vault.centos.org for those interested.
