In your ASL GUI, if you click on Support and login into your support account you should see a "Knowledge Base" tab. This system contains all of the FAQ articles, documentation and other articles our support team develops. The knowledge base is full searchable and is kept up to date based on new features, cases we receive from you our customers, frequently asked questions, tips, tricks and anything else to do with the Atomicorp product line.

I ordered ASL about 3 weeks ago and already tried two times to make a support account, but i get no reaction. Do you have any idea how and when it's being activated?

Did you click on the support tab in the ASL GUI and click New Account? If you did, please send us your email address and we'll check the account in the CRM.
