This week I've run into several data tables that needed to be repaired. One set was in the tortix database, which was causing OSSEC to fail, one was in users database that was causing a script/program to fail. When I did the 'autoinstaller' upgrade to Plesk 10.1.1 it kicked out a message to repair a bunch of tables. Some of them couldn't be repaired because they're InnoDB. Anyway, what should I be looking for to cause what seems to me a significant number of mysql data table corruptions?
