Just trying to get rid of some of the errors on our server, plesk 10 centos 5 and ASL. Keep getting an email stating:

"Unable to update . An error occurred while processing your key. You can try updating it later."

I've had a look at parallels KB:

- not to sure where to place the test.php or even if this is what I am looking at doing, has anyone else had this problem?

(We have recently updated the key, but the errors were there before that)
