As some of you may know, we support the grsecurity project and Brad found the bug. So ASL was already immune this vulnerability and has been for a long long time.

Remember, VPS systems that do not use the ASL kernel as the host kernel are always vulnerable to whatever flaws are in the kernel. ASL has a lot of stuff that is not in the mainline Linux kernel (and will probably never be in the main kernel) to prevent a whole class of possible attacks - even IF the kernel is vulnerable - which is why ASL users that use the ASL kernel are not vulnerable to this attack.
