From the Parallels forums, a couple of issues seem to have cropped up which Igor indicates are due to prefix conflicts between some Plesk and Atomic rpms, I think. I don't know the mechanics, but this is worth keeping in mind if upgrading to Plesk 11 with php from the atomic repo installed:
