we have add the new atomicorp repository to our server:
wget -q -O - http://www.atomicorp.com/installers/atomic.sh | sh
But we can't see the plesk update 9.3 - our Version is 9.2.3.

I seem to be having a similar problem. I did not install Plesk with ART repos, already have 9.3.0 installed from plesk's repos. Trying to switch over to ART. Can't seem to get yum to respond to the new repos. Here is some background on what I see, let me know if you need more info to answer this...

Its already installed -->Package psa-9.3.0-cos5.build93091230.07.i586 already installed and latest version

Good grief, I need to get more sleep. I'm chalking this up to dyslexia & sleep deprivation.

For some reason I was hoping for a 9.3.2 (based on the previously available 9.2.3).

I take it that the "Excluding Packages from Plesk Server Administrator" is a red-herring?
