We have CentOS5 with ASL and Plesk 10.0.2. Can anyone help with this:
We have a "customer" Joe Bloggs whose contact email address is firstname.lastname@example.org
(we host domain1.com). Under his customer account, he has his own domains, not domain1.com.
We needed to change the password for the email address ("user" in Plesk 10) email@example.com
. But it tells us we cannot because the email address is being used elsewhere - as the contact email address for Joe Bloggs. If we change contact details of Joe Bloggs to yyy@ (where yyy@ does not exist!!!) that is accepted and we can now go and change the password for firstname.lastname@example.org
But when we try and change Joe Bloggs contact email address back to xxx@, we cannot do so!!
I'd value help from those who might have Plesk 10 and who can try to replicate this. Many thanks, as ever, in advance.
