Hello asl is telling me this: http://www.atomicorp.com/wiki/index.php ... deny_chmod

But I do have the art kernel installed so not sure why I am getting this error?

uname -a

Thank you for the question. You just need to upgrade your kernel, that protection was added about a year ago to the newer kernel. We're on 2.6.32.57-14 now.
