I think someone posted something along these lines recently, but I just can't find the right forum thread. I think it was related to dumping something from the torix database but I'm obviously not using the right search-foo as I can't find it.

I've "customised" a lot of mod_sec rules via the GUI (i.e. disabled certain rules for certain vhosts). I know these customisations or excludes or whatever you want to call them get written to 000_vhost_exclude.conf and potentially 05_asl_exclude.conf.

Can I simply copy these files accross to the new servers, or does ASL store something in the tortix database that also has to be dumped and transferred over as well, as per the thread that may or may not have been relevant?
