ASL Kernel upgrade

I upgraded the new asl kernel yesterday and am seeing quite a few of these in messages.log:

kernel: e2label: sending ioctl 127c to a partition!

What does it mean?

Its a only a warning that has been removed in newer kernels. It is debugging code (and a false positive to boot) for a block level event from ioctl. Its saying that e2label did not do it correctly when it really did.
