The current version of PHP is 5.3.9 and the 5.3.8-1 RPM's are no longer in the repository. You might need to build your own or upgrade to 5.3.9.

You should upgrade to 5.3.9 anyway, versions before that are vulnerable to the PHP Hash DOS attack.
