Changes for this update:

- Added detection for Horde and Squirrel webmail to change defaults in configuration_setup to allow exec, popen, escapeshellcmd.
- Changed RKHUNTER_SSH_ROOT_LOGIN to default to using the SSH_ROOTLOGINS variable.
- Added new C general_check module, and corrected issue where service was removed from chkconfig management (--del), rather than just turned off for the runlevel.
- Deprecated old general_check.sh module
