We're on target for a Q1 2011 date for the first Beta. As soon as we have an Alpha available we'll let everyone know.
The first version of ASW is being built to work with Tortix (The enterprise version of ASL, v3), so you'll need a Tortix system to manage all your Windows systems. Later on we will be adding in a stand alone GUI for the Windows boxes.
