http://3es.atomicrocketturtle.com/packages/qmail/ is this specs valid for plesk 8 ? also where can i find sprm files.

No, thats for Project Gamera, which is a different design than the one used in PSA. I don't exactly build from SRPM's, Im using DAR from Dag Wieer, which is sort of a meta-rpm system. If there isn't a srpm in the directory, then one doesn't exist yet.
