ModSecurity Download for VARs, OEMs, Web Hosting Panels
Open source WAF ModSecurity downloads are available from Atomicorp, which also offers ModSecurity support.
ModSecurity Download for Resellers and Web Hosting Managers
For many organizations, the future of ModSecurity for web application security became uncertain following Trustwave’s 2021 decision to no longer develop and provide ModSecurity support. In this void, long-time ModSecurity Rules provider Atomicorp has continued to make ModSecurity better but also easier for its customers.
Trustwave’s discontinued support of ModSecurity, effective July 1, 2024, left many users and system integrators on their own with a technology they’d never developed internally before and did not want to take on themselves. To continue to get evolving ModSecurity open source WAF technology, some have turned to Atomicorp for an affordable yet powerful and scalable solution.
Compared with Atomic Update Manager (AUM), Atomicorp’s new ModSecurity WAF Downloader and Rules are bundled in a way that enables organizations such as VARs and web content hosting providers to more easily offer ModSecurity WAFs as part of their overall solution to their own customers.
Atomicorp ModSecurity WAF Downloader is available for all Atomic ModSecurity Rules customers under the unlicense with no Intellectual Property conditions.
