Payment and Refunds
Atomicorp provides 10-day free trial subscriptions with full functionality for all of our products. When you buy a license for a product after the free trial, we assume that you have already used and have determined the product to fit your needs. Therefore, we do not offer refunds after purchase made upon the completion of the trial. We will do everything possible to fix any bugs or resolve other issues that you encounter after your 10-day trial if it is keeping you from using our products to your continued satisfaction. Your credit card bill, Google account or PayPal account will show a charge from Atomicorp or “Prometheus Group” for your license fees or renewal. All licenses are renewed and billed automatically until you cancel the license and this is confirmed by the licensing manager. If any charge is disputed, your license to use that Atomicorp product is revoked immediately and a notification is sent to the email address used to purchase the license. If the dispute is in error, the license will be re-enabled after the dispute is dropped and the funds are returned to our account. You may be assessed an additional $25.00 USD dispute processing fee and any charge back, bank fees, or other fees your credit card or bank may assess.
Licenses and Passwords
License Renewal Policy
All licenses renew automatically. If you do not wish to renew your license, it is your responsibility to cancel your renewal in advance and to confirm with your payment provider that your renewal has been canceled. You are buying a renewable license for a product you have already used and have determined to fit your needs. Therefore, we do not offer refunds after purchase. We will do everything possible to fix any bugs or resolve other issues that you encounter after your 10 day trial if it is keeping you from using our products to your continued satisfaction. Lost passwords can be recovered by visiting the License Manager page. If you no longer use the email address specified when you purchased your license, you will need to update your email address by providing your name, approximate purchase date, and original email address by contacting our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
